What payment methods are accepted?
Online orders can be paid using the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa)
- PayPal
What is their return policy?
Items from A FAN OF can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date. Returns made within this period will receive a full refund to the original payment method, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and your order. Before making the payment, please check our “Shipping and Returns” section at https://afanof.eu/es/envios-y-devoluciones/ to find out the standard shipping rates per country.
How many days until I receive my package?
You can check the delivery times for shipments and returns. In case of variations in delivery times due to logistical issues or force majeure, we will inform you and offer the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date.
Will sold-out items be available again?
Most items from the current collection will be available again, except collaborations with artists as they are limited editions. For more information about a specific product, please send an email to fan@afaonof.eu.
What happens if my order is not delivered?
While we strive to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances preventing us from processing an order after sending the order confirmation. In such cases, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid. If the order could not be delivered due to circumstances beyond A Fan Of’s control (such as the customer’s absence at the specified address after two delivery attempts by the shipping agency), the order will be returned to our facilities. It will only be resent if the customer agrees to pay for shipping again.
Can I cancel my order?
The customer cannot request cancellation of their order once payment has been made.

How long can I keep items in my cart?
You can keep items in your cart for 48 hours.
