We process and dispatch orders during our daily business hours (Monday to Friday except holidays) from 9 AM to 6 PM. All shipments are handled through various shipping agencies depending on their destination.
FANS WITH CUSTOM ENGRAVING WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TIME OF 7 DAYS ON TOP OF THE SHIPPING DAYS INDICATED FOR EACH DESTINATION.
FANS WITH CUSTOM ENGRAVING CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply to orders shipped outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Missing / Damaged or defective items
Please report any missing, damaged or defective items to fan@afanof.eu within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return an item
Ensure your order qualifies and notify us at fan@afanof.eu. Unused and unopened products can be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Any orders returned to the incorrect address (i.e., the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method, excluding any non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses. Tracking an order
As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.
How should I report a missing items/damaged or defective item from my order?
Please report any damaged or missing items to fan@afanof.eu within 7 days of delivery.
Return policy
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and\/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Await credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact fan@afanof.eu.
