FANS WITH CUSTOM ENGRAVING WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY TIME OF 7 DAYS ON TOP OF THE SHIPPING DAYS INDICATED FOR EACH DESTINATION.
FANS WITH CUSTOM ENGRAVING CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Order Tracking
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.
How do I report a missing / damaged or defective item from my order?
Report any damaged or missing items to fan@afanof.eu within 7 days of delivery.
Return Policy
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Any orders returned to the incorrect address (i.e., the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee deducted from the refund.
Awaiting Credit
Once we receive the returned items, we will credit your original payment method excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take up to ten business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times among payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that timeframe, feel free to contact fan@afanof.eu.
