The process of custom making.

The process of custom making is very smart and easy. You can choose the design or provide your own, the size of the fan, the type of wood and the text you want to be engraved on the front wooden rod. You may also opt for custom packaging and other extra details.

Range of fans.

We offer three sizes of fans: standard size (rods of 23 cm), mini size (rods of 19 cm), maxi size (rods of 27 cm). You can choose the type of wood, natural birch wood or pear wood polished by hand without varnishes.

Production and Lead Time.

The minimum order quantity for custom production is 50 pieces per design, the price will depend on the quantity, type of wood you choose and the extras, such as the engraving of the Corporate logo or the golden ring to add to the fans to be worn and carried with a cord or chain. As the production of the fans is totally artisanal, the production could take on average between 4 and 6 weeks depending on quantity and time of the year. During the high season, between May and August, production could take longer depending on the orders in queue, which is why it is important to place the order in advance when there is a specific deadline for an event.
